Four years after the launch of the project, GOLIAT is preparing to deliver its final results. The consortium’s last annual meeting before entering the final year of the project, which concludes in May 2027, was held in Barcelona on May 12-13.

Around 50 consortium members attended the meeting in person, while others joined remotely through a hybrid format.

Over two days of presentations and discussions, GOLIAT researchers shared preliminary results, coordinated activities across different work packages and defined priorities for the project’s final phase.

To date, GOLIAT researchers have published 18 scientific papers out of more than 60 planned publications, pointing to an intense and productive final year for the consortium.

In this final year, GOLIAT will be the coordinator of the CLUE-H cluster, a network of more than 70 European research organizations in four research consortia (ETAIN, NextGEM, SEAWave and GOLIAT).
